I just wanted to drop you a quick note to tell you how much we all
appreciated the work you did for us at High Prairie last weekend. The
horses all felt great and I could really tell a difference. If you will
remember, I had mentioned that Uno had been twisting over his jumps
recently. Well, Sunday morning he came out looser than ever. He was
jumping beautifully and was soft and supple. We moved up from seventh to
fourth and I can honestly say, the massage made a world of difference!

I have watched Lisa Barrett, from the time she was a young teenager,
develop into a competent horsewoman riding at the upper levels in eventing.

Throughout her horseshow career, she always had her horse's best interest at
the core of her care and training. Her attention to detail was immaculate,
whether it was towards feeding, training, grooming, vetting, or shoeing.

As I watch her now as a trained, competent equine massage therapist,
I see the same care and attention to detail. She keeps the horses'
well-being uppermost in her work. Her great love for our equine friends
shines through as she works on a horse. I love watching Chaperone,
my thoroughbred gelding, turn and look at her as her hands go over him.
He truly seems to be saying "Thanks - I needed that!"

Unfortunately for my horse, Lisa now lives a thousand miles away.
But, I have promised Chaperone he will get to see her whenever she
comes home to visit!
